Delivery

Deliveries are shipped from Germany to the following countries: Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Malta, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

You can choose between the following modes of shipment outside of Germany:

1. Deutsche Post – delivery period: 5 to 7 business days € 3.95
2. DHL – delivery period: 3 to 5 business days € 5.95

Delivery policy

Unless no other offer is made by the seller, the delivery of the commodity takes place in Germany within 1 - 3 business days, and abroad within 5 - 7 business days after the commencemt of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered goods with different delivery times, we will send the items in a combined shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
